Model N is pleased to share with you the findings of a survey commissioned by us on the CRM solutions used by the semiconductor industry. The purpose of the survey was to:
- Identify the business drivers which directly impacted the success of these companies
- Identify the CRM systems these companies were using
- Measure how well these CRM systems helped the companies execute on the business
The results of the survey conducted with sales executives from 66 semiconductor companies was unanimous -- an industry-specific CRM system provides over 90% business requirements as opposed to a generic CRM system which only attributed to about a 50% satisfaction rate.
