What are Model N RainmakerU User Groups?
RainmakerU meetings are user-led, Model N-supported forums designed to encourage and support communities of Model N users to exchange ideas and information. RainmakerU meetings are an opportunity for users to:
- Get answers, advice, tips and suggestions from users and experts
- Help shape Model N products and road map
- Network with other IT and business users
- Learn best practices and optimal use of Model N products
- Learn about new Model N products and functionality
- Discover new ideas and gain insight into Revenue Management
How are RainmakerUs different from the Customer Advisory Boards (CABs) held in the past?
RainmakerUs are user-led communities designed to be user forums for customers to share information, tips, problem solving, and best practices with each other, as well as to provide input to Model N. The RainmakerU will still provide an avenue for users to provide input to Model N on product direction and functionality needs. In addition, there will be a strong focus on idea-sharing and an expanded forum for user discussions. To keep this user-focused, these meetings will be user-led.
