Gaurav Batra is a Partner in the Silicon Valley office of McKinsey & Company. Gaurav leads McKinsey’s Advanced Data Analytics (ADA) initiative to improve company performance for the Semiconductor practice. He is a leader in McKinsey and Company’s Semiconductor practice and advises clients on strategy and margin improvement issues — with particular focus on emerging industry trends, China — government policy and implications, commercial excellence, pricing and distributor/channel management as well as post-merger management.

Prior to joining McKinsey in 2009, Gaurav completed a Master of Business Administration from Harvard Business School and a Bachelor of Technology in Mechanical Engineering from the Indian Institute of Technology, Delhi.
