Manfred Hettenkofer is VP of Product Management at Model N overseeing Revenue Cloud products, including CPQ and CLM applications. Manfred has been instrumental in defining a new breed of CPQ solution built natively on the Salesforce1 platform. Manfred worked for SAP Germany and US, implementing SAP ERP at Fortune 100 companies with focus on Make-to-Order and the entire value chain from Quote to Cash.

Russ is the Senior Director, Product Marketing responsible for development and execution of go-to-market plans for configure, price, quote (CPQ) and contract lifecycle management products. Russ brings 20 years of B2B marketing and sales insights based on his product management, product marketing, eCommerce and sales roles with global and regional scope covering SMB and enterprise companies. Russ is also part of the team that won the 2009 Franz Edelman award for their work on optimizing global product offers. Russ holds a Bachelors of Business Administration with majors in Accounting, Finance and Economics and an MBA from the Carlson School of Management at the University of Minnesota.
